This week I got the monthly You Beauty Box through, entitled “The Editor’s Picks”. This box celebrates the third birthday of this particular subscription box and the contents have been selected by the Editor of the You magazine, Sue Peart.  She states in the introduction that the products that she has selected, “…truly excel themselves and standout from the competition”.  Well.  High praise indeed.  So what gems do we have?

The Erno Laszlo Firm & Lift hydrogel face mask.  This hydrates, firms, plumps and soothes the skin in 20 minutes.  We all know how I love these masks that you lay on your skin.  Instantly relaxing for me.

The nano blur 10 years younger in 40 seconds sachet looks exciting!  I found that it is available in Boots (see the link).  Apparently it was created to smooth out wrinkles for camera.  We shall see!!!!!

Philosophy Take a Deep Breath oil-free oxygenating gel cream is for stressed skin and acts as a moisturiser for dull, dry complexions.  It looks like it is quite difficult to get hold of in the UK at the moment so I will keep researching it.

The Hero Project Hayloft Instant Moisture boost is a fast absorbed gel with vitamin B5, again for dull complexions.

Sanctuary Ultimate Cleansing Oil is a gentle cleanser which gets rid of make up and cleans the skin.  I shall be taking this away to Berlin with me!  I love Sanctuary stuff!

RevlonHD hibiscus lipstick.  Probably my favourite thing in the box right now…I love a lipstick and this colour is great.  Shall also take it with me to Berlin.

Finally a bag of popcorn, always nice to get a food treat in a box, right!

As usual, at the back of the booklet accompanying the box are a selection of vouchers to use on buying some of the featured products.  £5 off of Philosophy, 25% off at Sanctuary and many more.  I always find that the contents of the You Beauty Box are a nice selection, something a bit different.  This month they all certainly interest me.  Well I might give the popcorn away…
